恩雅
音乐风格：民谣
恩雅(Enya)原名Eithne Ni Bhraonain，生于1961年5 月17日。童年在Gweedore 度过。Gweedore隶属爱尔兰西北部的Donegal郡，那片地区主要是爱尔兰语区。家中共有9个兄弟姐妹。除了 排行中间的恩雅外，家中还有4个女孩和4个男孩。一家人在音乐方面获奖甚多，并闻名于爱尔兰传统音乐圈。
2002年，恩雅的“May It Be”获得金球奖(Golden Globe) 和奥斯卡(Oscar) 的 “最佳原创歌曲” (Best Original Song)提名。同时A Day without Rain 赢得一座新的格 莱美“最佳新世纪 专辑”奖；三项世界音乐 奖(World Music Awards)： “最畅销女 艺人” ( Best-selling Female Artist)、“最畅销新世纪音乐 艺人”(Best-selling New Age Artist) 以及 “最畅销爱尔兰艺人”(Best- selling Irish Artist)，歌曲Only Time 在德国回 声奖 (Echo Awards)上捧得“最佳流行 -摇滚单曲”…
2002年11月19日，为标志着恩雅最新成功音乐生涯，WEA发行了一套恩雅音 乐生涯的回顾合集，名位Only Time- The Collection。这套合集收录了恩雅从1986年的 《凯尔特人》到奥斯卡提名的《指环王 I》插曲May It Be-这首歌是该片导演 Peter Jackson个人邀请恩雅为此片演唱。合集中收入了恩雅最喜欢的歌曲，包括主打单曲： Orinoco Flow， Book of Days，Caribbean Blue，Anywhere Is和Only Time。 另外， 该 合集还收录了一些恩雅以前从未放 进她专辑中的歌曲。它们是Eclipse，Isobella，
